Defrost Termination Thermostat – Suits Samsung (DA47‑10103J / DA47‑10150E)

Replacement defrost termination thermostat assembly for selected Samsung refrigerators. This bi‑metal thermostat monitors evaporator coil temperature during the defrost cycle and signals the control system to terminate heater operation once safe temperature is reached. It prevents overheating, reduces excessive frost build‑up and ensures reliable frost‑free performance. Supplied as a 4‑wire harness assembly with dual connectors for direct installation.

Compatible with Samsung’s 0605‑series defrost thermostat family, covering DA47‑10103J, DA47‑10150E, DA47‑10150A and DA47‑10150J. Also used selectively in some Whirlpool manufactured refrigerators where Samsung style defrost thermostat assemblies are fitted. Compatibility is not universal across Whirlpool models.
